Refund and Returns Policy for Tenderfoot Socks

At Tenderfoot Socks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This policy only covers products purchased directly from tenderfootsocks.co.uk.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at support@tenderfootsocks.co.uk. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a return authorization number.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping fees.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@tenderfootsocks.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange of the item at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@tenderfootsocks.co.uk to initiate an exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards, final sale items, or items that have been used or washed. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason, including abuse of our policy.
